Welcome to reflexology by Mary.

I have worked for over 30 years in the footcare Industry. This led me on to training with the National Training Centre where in 2018 I qualified in Orthopaedic Sport Massage and Neuro Muscular Physical therapy.

I have always had a keen interest in complimentary treatments, and this is when I realised the many benefits reflexology can have on the body mind and spirit.

I am passionate about providing a rejuvenating relaxing experience for my clients. I focus on creating a warm welcoming environment so that my client can experience for themselves the many benefits that reflexology can have on the bodies systems. I am a registered member of the Irish Reflexologist Institute which allows my clients to claim the cost of their treatments on their private health insurance. I went on to train with Sally Kay in Reflexology Lymph Drainage. This specially designed treatment benefits secondary lymphoedema as well as many other benefits on the body.

I strive to give my clients the best reflexology experience and I continually train with the leading reflexologist in the industry to improve my craft.

I have now completed my training with the London based reflexologist Ziggie Bergman who formulated the Bergman method of facial reflexology and Zone face lift which London based beauty editors are calling “The Botox Detox”
